What happens when I close my laptop?
The desk keeps running in the cloud. Your logins and extensions stay put.
Can I use Chrome extensions?
Yes. Install them on the desk once. They stay.
Can I add CLIs and MCP servers?
Yes. The desk is a Linux PC. Install gh, jq, or an MCP server onto /data/tools — it stays with the volume. Suggested pack is included. Bring your own keys. We do not charge per tool or per token.
Can my team watch?
Yes. You control the desk. They can watch. Agents connect from a laptop — not from inside the stream.
Do I need an OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter key?
No. You pay for a signed-in desk, not a model router. Log into Gmail, Stripe, or your CRM on the desk like you would on a laptop. If you later run a coding agent on the desk, you can bring that agent’s own key.
Do you charge per prompt or per teammate?
You pay for desks, not tokens. Starter is one desk. Pro is three desks plus team watch. Another person who needs their own logins needs another desk — watching or approving 2FA does not.
What about 2FA?
We ping you. You type the code. The desk continues.
Can I cancel?
Month to month, or yearly if you want the discount.
Is checkout live?
Not yet. Plans are real; billing turns on when Stripe is connected. You can still open a desk.
